“I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. The check-in process was quick and hassle-free. The room was spotless, very comfortable, and well-equipped. The bed was extremely comfortable, and everything was perfectly clean and organized. The atmosphere was also peaceful, ideal for relaxing. The facilities exceeded my expectations: elegant common areas, a delicious breakfast with a good variety, and an excellent location close to everything. The attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction are evident. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it 100%. Thank you for making our stay so special!”

“We actually booked 2 seperate nights here as it worked out cheaper. The staff were very happy to let us keep the same room to avoid moving. The room was clean and comfortable, although smelt a little damp when the A/C had turned off. The bathroom tap did drip and wouldn't stop, and we had an issue with our door lock playing up which was fixed. Breakfast was a mix of hot and cold, pancakes were available both mornings, with a funky machine making them. Sausage patties and breakfast muffins on day 1, and biscuits and gravy on day 2. Plenty of bagels, muffins, bananas, yoghurt, and cereals. A good selection that set us up for the day. Decent coffee too, which was a surprise! Very lovely staff who were very happy to help and chat about our day. I'd highly recommend it to people... and make sure you alao take a boat tour from Native Tours down the Dora Canal.... that made our trip!”

Staff was very attentive and performed with maximum effort to ensure all guests were comfortable. There were plenty of options when it came to breakfast and the food was delicious.
